RoHS Compliance Program
iQstor's Policy
iQstor Networks is committed to the goal of producing products in accordance with legislative standards established to protect human health, and respect, as well as, maintain a sound environment. Therefore, iQstor has resolved that its products and processes will begin integration of RoHS-approved technologies and materials in October 2005, and will be fully compliant with the provisions of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) before July 1, 2006.
Plan for RoHS Compliance
iQstor has established a RoHS Committee to research compliance requirements, to prepare plans for identifying and incorporating compliant materials and processes, and to direct and assess the changeover. The RoHS Committee, comprising members of corporate management, production, engineering, purchasing, quality control, and sales departments, meets at least once each month. After studying the RoHS directive and completing a review of our industry, products, and customers' needs, the committee has developed an action plan and an implementation schedule for attaining full compliance with RoHS standards.
